March challenge of the month.

The challenge for this month is to see how close we can all get to the splits, so lets put in a little extra effort with stretches at home and see who can manage to stretch the furthest.

The March technique of the month is Hari Goshi similar to last months Uchi Mata but instead of taking one leg, you aim for two. This will be the throw we work on over this month. Good luck.
